COSPORT PRIVACY POLICY
Your right to privacy is of the utmost importance to CoSport. This Privacy Policy explains how we use, disclose and protect data collected through your use of the CoSport website (“Website”). Additionally, CoSport is committed to ensuring that you maintain control over your personal data while accessing and using the Website.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
CoSport does not collect your personally identifiable information unless you have voluntarily entered into the Website. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personally identifiable information" means any individual information about a user of the Website including, but not limited to, your first and last name, contact information (such as your mailing address, telephone number and/or fax, and e-mail address), and billing information (such as your credit card number) if you wish to purchase products or services via the Website. CoSport will maintain a record of your product purchases for a reasonable amount of time after your purchase has been made.

USING INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
We use the personal information that you provide to us in order to respond to your questions; fulfill orders for products and services purchased via the Website; confirm your orders; and perform any other services you may request through the Website. We also use your contact information to send you information, advertising and promotional materials about CoSport and our products, services and upcoming events. We may also call persons who provide their telephone numbers to us via the Website in order to provide you with information about CoSport and our products, services and upcoming events.

From time to time we establish business relationships with third parties who we have determined to be trustworthy and who have Privacy Policies consistent with our own. These third parties (including but not limited to hotels and ground transportation companies) perform services on our behalf and are known as our “Select Partners”. In such cases we might need to share and cross-reference information, including personal information (which for the avoidance of doubt does not include your credit card information) about you that will enable such Select Partners to provide you with your purchased goods and services.

We will not disclose any personal information that you provide to us to any unaffiliated third party with whom we do not establish a business relationship, except in accordance with this Privacy Policy or with your consent. Our Select Partners use the information we give them as described in their respective privacy policies.

We reserve the right to disclose aggregated information about users of our Website to Select Partners, Event Providers and other third parties. For example, we may disclose to any of these parties that X% of Website users reside in United States, or Y% of Website users purchased Volleyball tickets. Our disclosure of aggregate information does not permit the recipient of such data to identify or contact any individual users of the Website.

We may disclose personal information that you provide to us to our third-party service providers, provided that such service providers have agreed to only use such personal information to the extent necessary to perform services on behalf of CoSport (for example, to deliver the goods/services you have purchased).

We use the billing information that you voluntarily provide to us solely to charge you for products and services you have ordered via the Website. Please note that CoSport does not store or keep any of our customers’ credit card numbers or banking information.

We may disclose your personal information as is required by law; to comply with legal process; to investigate claims with respect to use of the Website; as is reasonably necessary to enforce the terms of the Privacy Policy; and as is reasonably necessary to protect the interests, rights or property of CoSport and its member organizations / affiliates.

CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION
In order to change or modify information previously provided by you, please log on to our Website and choose My Account and update your information using the options set forth therein. CoSport will not be responsible for any issues (such as products mailed to a previous address) which are the result of you not keeping your information up to date.

PROTECTION OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN
CoSport, does not knowingly solicit or collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of that child's parent or guardian.

Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information on this Website or to anyone online. We encourage parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and use parental control or other web-filtering technology to supervise children's access to the web.

USE OF LOG FILES
As true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol addresses (IP), browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data.

When a user accesses web pages on our Website, our servers automatically log the user's information. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Website, to track users’ movements around the Website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
